On June 24, actor Selma Blair attended the Schiaparelli Fall 2024 show at Paris Couture Fashion Week, turning heads with her unique and stylish look.

Schiaparelli is known for its collectible fashion pieces. Creative director Daniel Roseberry presented the Fall 2024 couture collection at Paris’ Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild, featuring feminine silhouettes, statement shoulders, feathered bodices, and rich textures. While the collection was stunning, Selma Blair’s unique accessory truly stole the spotlight.

Selma Blair, famous for her roles in Cruel Intentions (1999), Legally Blonde (2001), and The Sweetest Thing (2002), joined stars like Kylie Jenner, Doja Cat, Venus Williams, and Anitta at the show. Each wore Schiaparelli outfits reflecting their style, but Selma’s beige-on-white outfit stood out because of an eye-catching blonde braid tied around her neck like a tie.

The braid matched Selma’s hair perfectly, thanks to London hairstylist Paul Jones. It complemented her oversized beige pantsuit, with wide-leg trousers and a blazer adorned with golden cuff links and accents. Her quirky veneered handbag matched her dark tan belt. Despite Kylie’s shimmering pink gown and Doja Cat’s campy blazer dress, Selma’s look was the star of the show.

The braided tie was a tribute to Schiaparelli’s legacy, similar to Bella Hadid’s memorable look at the 74th Cannes Film Festival in 2021. At the Tre Piani premiere, Bella wore a black wool dress with an exposed bust, covered by a unique gold necklace resembling a pair of lungs – a standout fashion moment.
