Libraryminds is built privacy-first. Audio and video files uploaded for transcription are deleted immediately after processing — only the searchable text remains. Business workspaces can optionally keep meeting recordings in user-controlled workspace storage. We never sell or share your data, and full account deletion is available anytime.
